If I could give less stars I would! If your deciding to go through them hopefully this will give you clarity. I waited in the room for 20 minutes with no one coming in or giving me any updates so I decided to get dressed and try to find someone and I couldn’t find anyone! Then I started saying hello and finally got someone and told them I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and I still have not received the service! I did not feel like a priority. Concerning their Brazilians wax, I have a lot of of wax’s in my life and this girl was waxing too big of areas at once and on top of it didn’t even get all my hair and left a lot of wax on me. I’m honestly so disappointed but I should of known just by walking in there it was run down not clean and very uncomfortable. I would go anywhere but here, I way rather have spent $15 more to go to WAX’D! Jillian was the one who gave me the service I could tell she was trying to be nice but it was very unprofessional. The girl up front was really rude and not good at customer service should definitely not be her thing because She took my payment said not a word and walked out of the room. I’m a genuinely nice person and these people drained out the life of me today. Longest experience ever. Also they have the weirdest policy’s be aware what you are signing online, if they mess up it’s not their fault, canceling is 100% of the service. They are very sneaky and as I walked out the people next door said they get caught for fraud all the time and they are surprised they are still in business. Don’t bother calling them it goes straight to a call center. Please read my review I hate for anyone to have an awful experience like I have had here. I also feel bad writing such a negative review but I feel that there is a lot of justice needing for the people that have mistakenly gone here. I Ignored the bad review because it said 4.2 stars but honestly i think half the reviews that are good must be so fake. I just spoke to some friends and two of them went here not knowing just like me and they said by far the worst place to go. I wish I knew better.

The ladies were super! Really nice! Very skilled in their practice! They work at a good pace and are very friendly! Service where the customer doesn’t feel rushed, embarrassed or uncomfortable! The interior is beautiful too so if you feel the need to get there a little early (5 minutes) you feel so comfortable and feminine enjoying the lobby! Thanks to everyone at every step! From the phone call to the checkout everything went well and everyone was truly nice!

I loved it! This was my second time getting a Brazilian but my first time at Bombshell and it was PERFECT! I can honestly say it wasn't as painful as my first experience at a different business. Ms. Debbie did a fabulous job keeping me calm and making me feel extremely comfortable. She even gave me a breathing technique to help get me through it all. I already scheduled my next appointment!

Kaylen was the best at making me feel comfortable and made me feel safe when getting waxed. I’d highly recommend her for anyone who gets waxed. For sure coming again!

Customer service here is downright awful. Beware! Do not leave your payment information on file with them. If you ever decide you want to cancel your monthly subscription it is a 3+ month process. We are on month 4 now of pleading to cancel and yet they continue to charge our card every single month. Haven’t used their services in 6 months yet they continue to charge our card even though we’ve jumped through all the hoops they’ve asked us to in order to remove our billing information from their system! Always a new excuse, very classless and unprofessional. Edit: after reading other comments I’m sad to say my review is 100% warranted! Beware! Do not ever give them your credit card or bank account info to them for a monthly subscription. They are a predatory company and will never let you out of your subscription and offer this “deal” only as a way to steal your credit card info from customers! I called the BBB today to file a complaint. 4th month in a row they billed us unauthorized without use of their services. The only way to block them from billing you is to call your bank and have them block the merchant. Truly unethical people.
